By accessing or using TagsToPost (the "Service") at tagstopost.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of the service
TagsToPost is a free tool that generates hashtag suggestions for social media posts based on a title, topic, or keywords you provide, for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TagsToPost. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization.
Acceptable use
When using TagsToPost, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service, including through automated scraping or excessive bulk requests.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying source code or models behind the Service, except as permitted by law.
- Use generated hashtags to mislead audiences, impersonate others, or promote illegal content.
- Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to input.
Your content and submitted titles
You retain ownership of any post title, topic, or text you submit to TagsToPost. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process that content solely for the purpose of generating hashtag suggestions and operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you enter.
Hashtag results and accuracy
Hashtag suggestions are generated automatically based on keyword analysis and, where available, AI processing. TagsToPost does not guarantee that any generated hashtag will improve reach, engagement, or discoverability, or that it fully complies with a given platform's current hashtag guidelines. You are responsible for reviewing generated hashtags before publishing them and for complying with the terms of service of any platform you post to.
Intellectual property
The TagsToPost name, logo, website design, and underlying software are the property of TagsToPost and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding except as necessary to use the Service as intended.
Third-party services
TagsToPost may rely on third-party services, including AI providers, to generate hashtag results. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services, and hashtag generation may fall back to a local, non-AI method if a third-party service is unavailable.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TagsToPost and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Service, in whole or in part, for any user who violates these Terms or engages in abusive or unlawful use of the Service.
Changes to these terms
